Known Globally as the number one African-American cross-cultural consultant with over 20 years of business ties in the United Arab Emirates, India, Europe, and Africa.

Wendy L. Alexander is the founder of Inspiring-Decisions, LLC, and the creator of the Global Success Society. She is a number one best-selling author and award-winning speaker with an M.B.A. and upcoming degree Ph.D. in Health Psychology. Wendy's unique belief in (a cross-cultural ecosystem)  draws governmental, Ministerial, and corporate thinkers from diverse world areas, including Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and New Mexico. She lived abroad in Dubai, to help create access globally for women entrepreneurs. 

She provides a uniquely innovative approach to businesses offering solutions by guiding and assisting them in improving their business outcomes by teaching them advanced global marketing strategies.
