Kelley shares how burnout catapulted her into taking her career in social work abroad to England & Italy. She also shares her journey of repatriating back to the United States.

Meet Kelley
Kelley is a licensed therapist with 15 experience, she is a licensed therapist, burnout expert, and a corporate wellness trainer. Her career has been vast. She started her career in the prison system & was one of the youngest women to work in the largest men’s maximum-security prison in New York State. Her job there was to run a group mental health program. She has worked with military sexual trauma victims, and have run sexual violence prevention and response offices.
She currently is the creator of Burn Bright a company dedicated to helping creative big-hearted helping professionals battle burnout. Its a labor of love and the way she takes care of the people who take care of the world. She started this company because of her own burnout story.
Outside of her professional life, she is an avid traveler and has been to over 30 countries and lived in Europe for 5 years. A New York native, Washington, DC is currently home.
